আল্লাহ্‌র পথে ব্য্য করা'র মানে This means that out of the way of Allah

আল্লাহ্‌র পথে ব্যয় করা (সুরা বাক্বারা আয়াত ৩) এর মানে হচ্ছে- হয়তঃ যাকাত প্রদান করা, যেমন অন্যত্র এরশাদ হয়েছে- (অর্থাৎ তারা নামায কায়েম রাখে এবং যাকাত প্রদান করে)। অথবা 'সাধারণ ব্যয়'; তা ফরয হোক কিংবা ওয়াজিব; যেমন যাকাত, মান্নত, নিজের এবং স্বীয় পরিবারের ব্যয় নির্বাহ করা ইত্যাদি। কিংবা 'মুস্তাহাব' ব্যয়'; যেমন- নফল সাদকাসমূহ এবং মৃত ব্যক্তিদের রূহে ঈসালে সাওয়াবের জন্য অর্থ ব্যয় করা ইত্যাদি।
