ব্যবসা করা জায়ে্য কি না? What is permissible to do business?

সুরা বাক্বারা আয়াত ১৬ঃ তারা এমনসব লোক, যারা হিদায়েতের বিনিময়ে গোমরাহী ক্রয় করেছে। সুতরাং তাদের এ ব্যবসা কোন লাভ আনয়ন করেনি এবং তারা ব্যবসার (লাভজনক) পন্থা জানতোইনা।

টীকাঃ ‘হিদায়েতের পরিবর্তে গোমরাহী খরিদ করা’র অর্থ হলো- ঈমানের পরিবর্তে কুফরকেই গ্রহণ করা। তা অতীব ক্ষতিকর বিষয়।

শানে নুযূলঃ এ আয়াত হয়তো ঐসব ব্যক্তি সম্পর্কে নাযিল হয়েছে, যারা ঈমান আনার পর কাফির হয়েছে; কিংবা (এ আয়াত শরিফ) ইহুদীদের সম্পর্কে অবতীর্ণ হয়েছে, যারা পূর্ব থেকেই হুযুর ( সাল্লাল্লাহু তা’আলা আলায়হি ওয়াসাল্লাম)- এর উপর ঈমান রাখতো। কিন্তু যখন হুযুর (সাল্লাল্লাহু তা’আলা আলায়হি ওয়াসাল্লাম)- এর আবির্ভাব হলো, তখন তারা তাঁকে অস্বীকারকারী হয়ে বস্‌লো।

অথবা, সমস্ত কাফিরের প্রসঙ্গে ( এ আয়াত শরীফ নাযিল হয়েছে); যাদেরকে আল্লাহ্‌ তা’আলা জন্মগতভাবে সঠিক বিবেক দান করেছেন, সত্যের প্রমাণাদি সমুজ্জ্বল করেছেন, হিদায়েতের পথ উন্মুক্ত করে দিয়েছেন; কিন্তু তারা সে-ই বিবেক-বিবেচনাশক্তিকে কাজে লাগায়নি, বরং পথভ্রষ্টতাকেই গ্রহণ করেছে।

মাস্‌আলাঃ এ আয়াত দ্বারা ( পারস্পরিক) লেনদেনের বৈধতা প্রমাণিত হয়। অর্থাৎ ‘বেচা-কেনা’র কোন শব্দ ব্যবহার করা ব্যতিরেকেই শুধু পারস্পরিক রেজামন্দির (সম্মতি) ভিত্তিতে এক বস্তুর পরিবর্তে অন্য বস্তুর লেনদেন জায়েয বা বৈধ।  আরও জানতে এখানে ক্লিক করুন। 

Surah Al-Baqarah verse 16: There they are the ones who have purchased error for guidance. So they did, and they will bring no benefit to the business of business (profitable) didn't know approaches.
NOTE: 'Purchase of guidance from falling into error' means buy the blashphemy instead believe. It is very harmful.
the reason of revealed this verse: This verse was revealed concerning  sane person would those who disbelieved after their belief is Or (this verse Sharif) has been revealed about the Jews, who had already huyura (alayahi Allah's Messenger) - kept the faith. But when  - the advent of the the great prophet  ( sallallahu alayhi wasallam) when they become deniers.
Or, about all of the Disbeliever the  context (this verse was revealed Sharif); The conscience of those whom Allah has given birth, evidence of the truth has been flaring, has paved the way to guidance; But he does not exploit  conscience-Consideration power, but has taken the wrong way.
Masalah: by this verse (mutual) proved the validity of the transaction. Ie without having to use any word buy-sell in  mutual  compliance instead of one object to another object on the basis of permissible or lawful transactions. To know more just click here.
