সুরা বাক্বারা আয়াত ১-৭ এর অর্থ Surah Al-Baqarah verse 17 means

সুরা বাক্বারা আয়াত ১-৭

বিসমিল্লাহির রহমানির রাহীম 

১। আলিক-লাম-মীম।

২। সেই উচ্চ মর্যাদাসম্পন্ন কিতাব (ক্বোরআন) কোন সন্দের ক্ষেত্র নয়। তাতে হিদায়ত রয়েছে খোদাভীতিসম্পন্নদের জন্য। 

৩। তারাই, যারা না দেখে ঈমান আনে, নামায কায়েম রাখে এবং আমার দেয় জীবিকা থেকে আমার পথে ব্যয় করে। 

৪। এবং তারাই, যারা ঈমান আনে এর উপর যা, হে মাহবুব! আপনার প্রতি অবতীর্ণ হয়েছে এবং যা আপনার পুর্বে অবতীর্ণ হয়েছে আর পরলোকের উপর নিশ্চিত বিশ্বাস রাখে। 

৫। সে সব লোক তাদের প্রতিপালকের পক্ষ থেকে হিদায়তের উপর প্রতিষ্ঠিত এবং তারাই লক্ষ্যস্থলে পৌছবে।

৬। নিশ্চয় তারা, যাদের অদৃষ্টে কুফর রয়েছে তাদের জন্য সমান চাই আপনি তাদেরকে ভীতি প্রদর্শন করুন কিংবা নাই করুন। তারা ঈমান আনার নয়। 

৭। আল্লাহ্‌ তাদের অন্তরগুলোর উপর এবং কানগুলোর উপর মোহর ছেপে দিয়েছেন। আর তাদের চোখের উপর কালো-ঠুলী (আবরণ) রয়েছে এবং তাদের জন্য রয়েছে মহা শাস্তি ।

7. He has produced a seal upon their hearts and ears. And in their eyes, black-thuli (cover) and there is a great punishment for them.
